 Much of our business is conducted on the internet and over the phone, both leave that face to face connection out of the equation. Hello again, I just had to write about this new helper I had sent to me, showing me how to do something on my website, it's fabulous and I love it so much I'm sharing it with you all.

You can have someone working on your screen showing your website, giving you instructions on a video, of exactly how to use a new application.  It's fantastic, I just love it, being a visual person, it really helps me to see how it works, the dialogue also helps clarify too.
